Use of our website and the sale and purchase of goods from the website are governed by our terms and conditions as set out below. "We", "us" or "Our" means our company. Goods are supplied by us directly to you and the contract of sale then exist between you and us. These terms and conditions cover all sales or registration made through this website, or in person. When you place an order for a product you are offering to buy it for the price stated, and it also indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. The Goods
We endeavour to give as much technical information as is reasonably possible about the products we sell. All images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising on our site are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods. Whilst we take the utmost care to ensure the product descriptions, pictures, information and prices are accurate we do not accept liability for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions. Colours may vary slightly from those shown on the website due to the limitations of Internet technology and colour differences of computer screens and resolutions.
Payment and Price
Your shopping basket displays the goods you have purchased. We endeavour to process all order within 48 hours dependent on availability. When you place your order, (you are able to print your invoice form the website during the ordering process for your records.) you will be sent an email to confirm that we have received it. The fact that you receive an email confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to fulfil that order. We will then check availability of the product(s) ordered. If the product(s) is available and the details of the order are correct, you will receive an email changing your order status to 'processing', and another once the product(s) is(are) despatched. Orders are accepted at our sole discretion and we maintain the right to decline orders without giving an explanation. We may cancel any order if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of products at any time at our sole discretion. If an order is cancelled, you will be notified via email and any payment made for the product(s) will be refunded. This does not affect your Statutory Rights. The price for each product is shown on our website and includes V.A.T at the current UK level. Prices are subject to change without notice and all goods are sold subject to availability. The total price payable for the goods and delivery will be as shown at the time when you place your order. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods is wrong whether or not the order has been confirmed. Where goods are temporarily out of stock we will contact you so that you may choose between a refund on the item, having it shipped when it is back in stock or selecting an alternative product.
Payment Methods
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard and Switch via Pay Pal. On the order you must provide us with your exact billing address and telephone number - the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your credit card has been properly received. You may also pay by postal order, cheque, or cash if placing your order in person. (Goods will be not dispatched or handed over until funds are cleared). All returned cheques will incur a £10 admin fee.
Availability of Goods
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods. If a colour or size is not specified at the time of ordering either the most popular option or whichever is available will be supplied.
Complaints
Should you have a complaint with the service or product we provide please contact Customer services by phone or e-mail. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 5 working days. Offensive or age restricted material
We take the utmost care to ensure that no material likely to give offence or which is unsuitable for children is displayed on our website. There are, however, certain products that we sell which are unsuitable for children (e.g. Certificate 18 or 15 videos / DVD's, Adult Lingerie). By placing an order for products with age restrictions you declare that you are of legal age to purchase those products. Should you see material, which in your view is offensive then please e-mail us at admin@giftmadness.co.uk stating ‘offensive/age restricted material’ in the subject line.

Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us. Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with the goods purchased you may cancel your order and return the goods to us within 7 working days from receipt of the goods, you will receive full credit or refund less any applicable delivery charges within 30 days of cancellation. We do not exchange or refund any items for any other reason than a fault. If we have reason to believe that the goods are not faulty or if any of these conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods to you at your cost. It is your responsibility to take care of the goods before returning them, and they must be returned in a state where they can be resold after repair (if possible). We will happily exchange faulty lingerie items like for like, if they are unworn and still in the original packaging and are free from the smell of smoke, perfume or other odour.
We will not accept return of:
- Fresh / disposable / perishable goods (e.g. flowers or fresh foods)
- Sealed audio / video recordings or computer software which have been opened
- Goods made to the customer's personal specifications
Unless the goods are defective, damaged or not as specified on your order acknowledgement, you are responsible for the cost of returning goods to us. We recommend that you use Recorded Delivery, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt. If however the goods are faulty then the postage costs will be refunded. Goods received back incomplete, damaged or in any condition other than saleable, will be returned to you and the cost of return carriage charged to your account. Prior to returning any products, please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery. If you do not return goods within 7 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel your order, your right to cancel will be withdrawn. Returns can be sent to Gift Madness, 49 St Margarets Way, Fleggburgh, Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, NR29 3DN. It is vital that you enclose a covering letter with the return detailing your name, full address, order number and reason for return (please also specify whether you require an exchange or refund). We aim to keep this procedure as straightforward as possible. We will attend to all returns as soon as is practically feasible and do our utmost to make the process as stress-free as we can for you.
Delivery Charges
All prices on our website are exclusive of delivery charges. Delivery prices quoted are for most UK Mainland addresses; you will be notified of the delivery costs automatically before you make your payment. Northern Ireland (BT), Isle of Man (IM), Scottish Highlands and Orkney Isles (Certain IV, KW), Outer Hebrides and the Shetland Isles (HS, ZE), as well as international locations will incur additional charges (e-mail us for a quotation) and may also experience delivery delays. Details of these can be obtained upon application.
Delivery
Shipment will normally be made within 2 - 4 working days from clearance of payment on goods under 25kg, 7 - 10 working days from clearance of payment on goods over 25kg. We will notify you if your goods cannot be despatched within this timescale. We will endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated but goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside our control. Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods. However, should your order not arrive within the time expected following our notification of despatch, please contact us and we will endeavour to locate your shipment. Please notify us of any shortages or incorrect goods supplied with 48 hours of delivery. If our suppliers or we are temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of this position and we would ask you to allow for a longer delay for dispatch of the goods. Although we hope you will not feel it necessary, you always have the right to cancel if you cannot wait for delivery. The costs for delivery are shown depending on the shipping destination and the delivery service selected. Many of our items are sent via services requiring a signature on receipt. In the event that a package is refused or unclaimed and returned to us there are two options. The package can be despatched again on payment of the additional shipping cost or a refund will be made, minus any costs to us for the original shipping and return. If any parcels are received damaged or opened this must be noted as "parcel damaged" with the courier / postman for a claim to be made and any missing goods to be replaced.
Risk
Once we have delivered the goods to your door or they have been collected from us, you are responsible for them. We will only deliver goods to the address on the order and goods will not be left without a signature. From the time of receipted delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk. Any transit damage to the goods, shortages or incorrect goods supplied must be noted on the delivery consignment note at the time of delivery.
Product Guarantees
Your product should reach you in perfect condition. Should this not be the case, you must inform us within 7 days, of any faulty or missing pieces. You must supply us the relevant part number off the instructions for any damaged piece (if applicable), and we will send the part out immediately.
